The machines include some of the most advanced multi layered machines in the world. These machines have exceptionally high accuracy levels, as well as a computerized control interface. The data entry layout for these machines is completely computerized, preventing errors and omissions in the composition of materials; Politiv’s highly- skilled and experienced production team operates the production.

All the sheets are tested according to Israeli standards as well as international standards (the ASTM, ISO, click here to view the standards) before they are shipped to the client. Tests are conducted in a state-of-the-art, fully equipped laboratory, by a core group of skilled and dedicated personnel, working 24 hours a day. The factory complies with the guidelines of the ISO-9001:2008 quality assurance system. 

A.A. Politiv is currently negotiating the purchase of new, state-of the art, machinery to increase it production capacity, when the target by 2015 is to reach to 35 thousand tons. Most of the production is for export.

Politiv’s products are developed in close collaboration with the agricultural experts, in an effort to match the product to the needs in the field.
